一、个人简介

陈丽娟，1972年出生，硕士，硕士生导师。主要从事外科护理临床实践、专科护理体系建设与护理管理相关研究，聚焦伤口造口失禁专科护理、慢性创面修复护理、失禁相关性皮炎防控干预、甲状腺肿瘤全程护理的技术创新与临床转化应用，同时深耕护理人才培养与护理新技术的基层推广落地。主持福建省卫生健康科技计划项目1项，厦门市科技计划项目3项。近年来，以第一作者或通讯作者在Supportive Care in Cancer、Journal of nursing management、BMC health services research、Geriatric nursing、Frontiers in nutrition、等国际知名学术期刊发表SCI论文19篇（总影响因子60.4），并获授权国家发明专利3项，软著作权1项

主要研究方向：风险管理、伤口造口失禁护理、肿瘤护理、成年与老年护理
