一、个人简介

郭胜斌，1973年出生，主任护师，硕士生导师。长期从事助产及护理管理工作，先后构建了基于虚拟模拟的分娩体位训练项目、护理管理者岗位胜任力干预方案、首次将全球群组化保健项目落地福建，并在福建省妇幼保健院进行大力推广；其所在福建省妇幼保健院护理团队获得省级重点专科项目。申请人近年主持助产或管理相关院内课题2项，厅级课题1项，省级课题1项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文17篇，其中SCI论文9篇，CSCD论文1篇。先后参与获得福建护理科学技术奖一等奖，二等奖，三等奖；福建医学科技奖三等奖；中华护理学会科技奖二等奖。获得国家实用新型专利1项。

主要研究方向护理管理、助产和护理教育，欢迎研究生报考。
